ABOUT US

With the increase of obesity in the United States, a small group that is only comprised of 4 members is willing to start change that will greatly affect the shape people's lives. Some ways our group will help contribute to people's journey of getting rid of obesity is through physically training, good dieting, and good sleep will all be shown in order to reduce obesity rates in our area. We decided to start this group in order to show what we are passionate about as we all have dealt with physical fitness. We all have experienced the tremendous effects it has to a person, and also how good dieting will make a person more efficient and caring about their own body. We do not at all shame anyone that is obese as we are supportive of people that are body positive, but if obesity continues as it is, it will damage our health care costs, and overall many people will die due to obesity. We believe with faith that we can help anyone struggling with health, or wishes to better their health. You can come to us and we will provide great fitness.
